These Terms and Conditions, hereby incorporated represent the complete agreement between the applicant and NIFE for the access to the Services (Services here means the various courses offered by NIFE with these Conditions) and/or other contents of this website.
Ownership of Materials and Restrictions
All content on this website including site software, website layout, images, texts, logos, graphics, services and other similar materials, are the properties of NIFE and are protected under the copyright and other intellectual property laws.The content should not be copied, displayed, distributed, modified, published, reproduced and transmitted from the website in any medium to anyone. Neither the whole nor part of the services in the website should be sold or licensed in any medium to anyone.
Course Registration
Applicant should necessarily visit the NIFE website and go through the all documents and material related to the Application & admission, as issued by the Institute. Complying with the guideline of Institute or in understanding the procedure etc. shall be the sole liability of applicant only. Applicants should undertake the responsibility to provide all details and make all necessary payments at the time of filling up the application form. If any information provided is found to be untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, NIFE reserves the right to reject the application. Applicant is requested to note her/his application ID & Transactions ID at the time of registration.
Programme Fees
The full payment of required fee must be done along with the registration process. NIFE reserves the right to refuse admittance to the course until payment is received.
Any company sponsoring an applicant is fully responsible for the payment of fees in all circumstances.
Fees quoted are correct at time of publication, but NIFE reserves the right to alter fees at any time.
Course Materials
The materials supplied by NIFE at the start of any programme are written to meet the requirements of the published syllabus at that time. These materials, when used along with any additional study materials provided during the period of course as well as tutorial support, provide all the information required by the candidate for successful completion of the programme.
Syllabus Changes
NIFE does not hold responsibility for changes to the availability or syllabus content of the accredited courses as set by the awarding body. In the event of syllabus modification and assessment criteria, we reserve the right to alter the content or structure of a course without prior notice being given to you.
In event of any course been cancelled at any time, we can only extend the assessment period to the last available date for which the course is valid. Students wishing to transfer to a new syllabus will incur a charge for this as deemed appropriate by us.
Termination Policy
NIFE reserves the right to terminate any trainee from the learning programme for non-payment of fees or misconduct. There will be no refund of any fees paid in this case.
